By using Finchsave you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language — no legal jargon.
What Finchsave is
Finchsave is a tool for tracking personal savings goals. It's not financial advice — the numbers it shows are estimates based entirely on what you enter. You're responsible for your own financial decisions.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to use Finchsave. Keep your password secure — you're responsible for anything that happens under your account. If you think it's been compromised, email us right away.
Fair use
Use Finchsave for its intended purpose. Don't try to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Paid plans
The free plan is free, for as long as we offer it. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time — you keep access until the end of your billing period. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. You can export it as CSV or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and takes effect within 30 days.
Liability
Finchsave is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running reliably but can't guarantee it will always be available. We're not liable for any financial decisions you make based on the app, or for losses caused by outages or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms. For any meaningful changes we'll email you at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use Finchsave after that means you accept the new terms.
